Infrastructure around Fashion Outlet Zevenaar is rapidly taking shape

Great news for Fashion Outlet Zevenaar! After years of planning and preparation, construction of the new infrastructure surrounding the outlet area is now well underway, and the progress is becoming increasingly visible.

A key part of the project is the widening of the A12 motorway and the construction of a new, direct motorway exit and entrance just 200 metres from Fashion Outlet Zevenaar. This will allow visitors to reach the Fashion Outlet Zevenaar site from the A12 within just a few moments.

The latest aerial photo clearly shows the impressive progress being made. Work is moving forward at full speed to turn the new infrastructure into reality. According to the current schedule, the new A12 exit and entrance, located directly next to Fashion Outlet Zevenaar, are expected to be completed in Q3 2027.

And there is more to come. The future extension of the A15 motorway will further strengthen the accessibility of Zevenaar and the wider region. This connection is currently expected to be completed in 2031.
