The first phase of the area development of Fashion Outlet Zevenaar has been completed with the opening of the beautiful stand-alone supermarket. The supermarket is located next to the site where Fashion Outlet Zevenaar will be realised.
The supermarket has a gross area of approximately 1,320 m2 with a plot area of 4,580 m2 with 71 own parking spaces. The shop building and its plot have been developed sustainably, using PV panels, permeable paving, the construction of several wadis, no gas connection, plenty of greenery on the site and the rainwater on the roof is discharged via a separate system directly into the adjacent watercourses.
The supermarket is a development by Ontwikkelingscombinatie FOZ B.V. and was designed by Attika Architekten from Amsterdam.
